To rent a car, you must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.

To complete the rental, you need a passport and a driver's license valid in Ukraine.

Vehicle pickup and return are provided free of charge near any metro station during business hours. All cars are delivered to clients in clean condition, and washing after return is already included in the rental cost.

Yes, all cars are insured. They have OSAGO (mandatory civil liability insurance) and AutoCASCO (comprehensive insurance that covers most risks).

If an accident, car damage, theft, or any other emergency occurs, you need to:

1. Call the police.
2. Notify a NovaRent representative about the incident.
3. Within 24 hours, provide a police-issued accident report to the office.

If the car breaks down or gets into an accident, we can offer a replacement with a car of the same or higher category (if available). Minor malfunctions can be fixed at partner service stations after approval by a NovaRent manager.

The renter is responsible for any damage to or theft of the vehicle, regardless of fault. The client is also responsible for tire damage, wheel rims, vehicle undercarriage, and all traffic violations recorded during the rental period.

A security deposit is an amount paid when signing the contract and depends on the chosen car. It is returned after the rental ends if all contract terms have been met.

Rates include full technical maintenance and unlimited daily mileage for rentals of 4 days or more. The minimum rental period is 2 days. If the car is returned more than 4 hours late, this counts as an additional day of rental.
